Alrighty...here we go!! I started my period on Saturday and I've been keeping a journal of any changes I notice. Nothing really yet except for a little cramping yesterday and today.
I also got my kit in the mail today!!! I can't actually start using it until in the morning because I have to do it within a six hour window of when I'll normally use it...or my first pee of the day. So in the morning I can set it to be on day 4 of my cycle since I started on Saturday. Then on day 6, or Thursday, it's supposed to ask me to test. Basically I have to pee on this stick that looks really similar to a pregnancy test but without the positive/negative window. Then I place it in the monitor and let it read it for about five minutes. When it's done, I take it out and it will tell me if I'm in low, high, or peak fertility (which I'm guessing it'll read low still). I then have to test daily for at least 10 days and up to 20 if the monitor needs more information.
I'll do this until the IUI. It's strange and exciting...like a science experiement! LOL
